Creativity

To create is to boggle the mind and alter the mood. Once the urge has surged, it maintains its own momentum. We may go along for the ride, but when we attempt to steer the course, the momentum dies.

-Sue Atchley Ebaugh

One cannot criticize and create at the same time. Writing requires the creative mind to be set free from the inner censor, in fact, I’m telling part of my brain to sit down and be quiet as we speak. :p Creating the self is the ultimate act of creativity, and through the steps we get guidance to unlock our best selves from our old, damaged egos.

Thank God for this chance to be a better, less conflicted person. Every new day is a gift given from heaven to be who I should be.
